What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we store your name, email, phone number if you provide one, the subject you choose and your message. We also log the IP address the form was sent from, only to limit how many automated messages the same connection can send.
What we use it for
Only to handle your enquiry and reply to it: someone from our sales team gets notified, reviews your message and gets in touch. We don't use this data for marketing unless you give us separate, explicit consent to do so.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're handling your enquiry and, at most, the legal term for pre-contractual relationships. We're working on an automatic deletion policy for closed enquiries with no follow-up; until then, you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't pass your data on to third parties. We use Resend, an email delivery provider, only to get the internal notice to our sales team — they don't use it for their own purposes.
Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies. Technical cookies, needed for the site to work (for example, remembering the language you chose), don't require consent because they don't process more data than strictly necessary. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, from Google Analytics, valid for up to 2 years) measure which pages get visited and from where, and only get installed if you accept them in the banner at the bottom of the screen; if you don't accept them, none get loaded. You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Your rights
You can access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, ask us to restrict processing, or request it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to us stating which right you want to exercise. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and, if the change is significant, let you know the next time you write to us.
