What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we store your name, email, phone number if you provide one, the subject you choose and your message. We also log the IP address the form was sent from, only to limit how many automated messages the same connection can send. If you contact us by any other means (phone, email or messaging), our team notes the details you give us (name, phone, email and what we discussed) to handle your enquiry.

What we use it for

Only to handle your enquiry and reply to it: someone from our sales team gets notified, reviews your message and gets in touch. We don't use this data for marketing unless you give us separate, explicit consent to do so.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're handling your enquiry. Enquiries that don't end in a commission are automatically anonymised after 24 months without activity: we destroy your name, email, phone number and message. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't pass your data on to third parties for their own purposes. To handle enquiries and our relationship with clients we rely on hosting and database, email delivery, messaging and artificial intelligence providers, who process the data on behalf of A28 Group and only to provide us with their service. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in those cases the data is protected with the safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence tools to transcribe internal voice notes, organise the information in enquiries and draft texts. A member of our team reviews everything before it is saved or published, and we don't make automated decisions that have effects on you.

Issues reported by owners' associations

If you represent an owners' association that has a maintenance contract with us, you can report issues through the private link we give you. We store what you write in each issue —the description and the place where it happens, which may include other people's data, for example an affected neighbour— and your link with the association, which is already in our contacts file. We also record the IP address you send it from, only to limit automated submissions. We process this data to handle the issue, in performance of the maintenance contract, and with the consent you give when you send it. Only the A28 Group team sees it and we don't pass it on to anyone; Resend only delivers us a notice that there is a new issue, without its description. We keep each issue for 24 months from when it is resolved; after that, we destroy its text.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies. Technical cookies, needed for the site to work (for example, remembering the language you chose), don't require consent because they don't process more data than strictly necessary. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, from Google Analytics, valid for up to 2 years) measure which pages get visited and from where, and only get installed if you accept them in the banner at the bottom of the screen; if you don't accept them, none get loaded. You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Your rights

You can access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, ask us to restrict processing, or request it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to us stating which right you want to exercise. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
