From the first site visit to handover, with one person responsible
We are based in Marbella and we are on site. These are the four steps of any project and what you get at each one: what gets signed, how long it takes and who answers for it. If you don't live in Spain, it works exactly the same — we work in Spanish, English and Finnish.

Site visit, survey and quote
We visit the property, measure the real scope, and hand you an itemised quote showing what's in and what isn't. If you can't be there, we go through it on a video call.
- Site visit
- Itemised quote
- Quote at no cost
Permits and paperwork
We handle the town hall. From the first quote you know which permit the job needs and how long it can take: 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope.
- Permit handled for you
- 2–6 weeks
- Known before you sign
Build, with a regular report
One point of contact and a progress report with photos, so you know how your project is going without getting on a plane.
- Report with photos
- Every week
- One point of contact
Handover and aftercare
Turnkey handover, with a final snagging pass and the project documentation. If you want, we carry on with the maintenance — that's our second business line.

What people ask us most
How much does a full renovation in Marbella cost?
It comes down to three things, and all three are measured on the site visit: the floor area, the level of finish, and how much of the building services has to be redone. We don't quote over the phone, and we don't give a price per square metre that moves later: we quote item by item after seeing the property, and that's the price the job runs on.
How long does a full renovation take?
There are two timelines and it's worth keeping them apart: the permit, 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope, and the build itself, which comes out of the items in the quote. Both are written down, with a start date and a handover date, before anything begins.
Do I need a building permit? How long does it take?
Most work that touches the structure or the facade has to be notified to the town hall, and approval can take 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope. We handle the paperwork and walk you through it from the first quote, so the timeline is never a surprise.
What happens if something unexpected comes up once work starts?
It often does in older properties. We talk it through with you at the initial assessment, before the quote is closed, not halfway through the job. If it shows up later, it gets quoted separately and you decide — nothing gets built without your go-ahead.
I don't live in Spain. How do I follow the project remotely?
Through a progress report with photos and a single point of contact who keeps you updated at every stage, without needing to be in Marbella to know how your project is going. We work in Spanish, English and Finnish.
Who's responsible if something goes wrong after handover?
We do. The same point of contact who ran your project is still your point of contact after handover: the responsibility isn't passed on to anyone. If you also want ongoing maintenance, that's our second business line.
What kind of projects do you take on?
New builds and full renovations for villas, homes and communities across the Costa del Sol, plus the maintenance afterwards. We don't take one-off jobs or compete on the lowest price — we prefer projects where craft is valued.
