COMPLETE CAR PARK & DRAINAGE RENOVATION

Complete renovation of the infrastructure and parking areas at the Calaquebrada residential community.

The project includes the demolition and excavation of the existing pavement, removal of the old installations and construction of more than 730 m² of new concrete paving. The works also involve the replacement of over 80 linear metres of pipework, including both the existing drainage system and the main water supply line serving the residential community.

The project is completed with improvements to the sanitary crawl spaces, including the installation of a new mechanical ventilation system, delivering a comprehensive upgrade of the affected communal infrastructure and outdoor areas.
